Helen Pollard


Helen has over 30 years experience in public, private and charitable sectors. She has run a counselling charity, trained counsellors and built a successful private practice in Birmingham working with couples and individuals drawn from a range of ethnic groups, social classes and ages.

Over many years Helen has coached and mentored individuals and groups and so has now formalised that experience by gaining a Diploma in Life, Business and Executive Coaching involving 402 hours of theory and training.

Helen is an experienced counsellor. She has specialist training in the areas of:

  • issues with food and other substances
  • relationships or behaviour
  • depression & anxiety
  • fear & shame

  • bereavement & loss
  • trauma and stress management
  • mental, emotional and sexual abuse.
